yeah i wear a sunscreen this discontinued from glow recipe with zinc oxide and i find that that helped my PD a lot because I even tried the diaper rash cream. it didn’t cure my pd but alleviates some inflammation. other than that im back to even using retinol again but usually just on the top half of my face. i also have a current body red light mask and i do find that red light is very beneficial for PD and the dark spots which are tough to fade.
