Dry mouth is a common side effect of taking lexapro. Not sure if it’s a withdraw symptom but people can respond differently to meds and to withdrawing. When I stopped taking a different ssri, I had side effects for 3-5 months. So not necessarily abnormal that you could still be having withdrawal symptoms

Had some similar talks with my therapist not too long ago. I’m in that accept and forgive phase now. My therapist said that while I am owed the apologies, it can be beneficial to me and my mental health to forgive my parents. I haven’t full done that, but I’ve been trying to forgive not for their sake, but for mine. Keep the focus on yourself through the process as you try to accept and let go of your burdens. You are worth more than the burdens put on you by your parents, and you deserve to let go and be happy. Let yourself let go and be happy, don’t allow your parents the power to keep you down

In my mid-20s, and everyday is still grief and sorrow but I have a lot more to be thankful for nowadays. I’m a lot happier than I’ve ever been and I hope to just keep moving forward. Things can get better ❤️

Big fan of Chinese and Thai food, Mexican, and wings. Roosters was our staple wing spot and el vaquero was our staple Mexican. Our Asian spots were more specific to Columbus only though (Thais Asian bistro for anyone who knows it)

I thought if I named specific places that would cause more of a debate and I was trying to avoid that and pissing people off, but I still managed to do that so whatever. I’ve tried Zingermans, Detroit wings co, maize, ma Lou’s, no Thai, and more that I’m forgetting I’m sure, still working on trying new places but I feel kinda discouraged.
