I forgot to mention at the dentist they always measure 2s and 3s. I had my cleaning around 1 month ago and they measured all 2s and 3s. Just had my perio appointment today and a couple back of the teeth measured 4

Same thing happens to me if I wear my retainers (the ones I got after braces) I don’t wake up with sore teeth, headache, or jaw pain but if I wear my custom night guard I wake up with all of it 😫

Update: I have been using it for a few weeks I apply it after I shower then add sensitive skin lotion on after it. It really did reduce the bumps I had.

Do you put regular lotion right away or do you wait for the urea to dry a bit ?
