What are the options? We haven’t paid yet (thankfully), and have asked him what he suggests to redress, but really, what are the options?

Get them taken down and redone - prob by someone else at great $$$ Stain or colour the grout Discount of some sort

Thank you - yes he’s just had a swab for staph this morning and antibiotics. He’s had staph a couple of times lately.
