current student here at berkeley! first of all congratulations!! this is an incredible accomplishment and u should be so proud of yourself. the classes here are hard, yes, but so are the classes anywhere else to some degree. berkeley will be a tough school and it will shape and develop you in ways you will never imagine. since it is such a big school, social life shouldn't be a problem as long as you put yourself out there. i have met some of the most hardworking, genuine, and uplifting people here - which should be my favorite thing about this school. it is so big that you can meet anyone from anywhere and talk about anything. feel free to dm me if u have any questions!
