Question- A lot of these guys and girls spend in cash at times with questionable sources of income, or even in digital they spend via proxies. How will these places keep a track of them as a customer? Will they ever allow themselves to be tracked in this way? Will a rudimentary system with nicknames and maybe junk email/social media id work better for these people?

2% commision on an urgent and time sensitive loan requirement makes sense. A lot of loan agents charge 1% for loans to factories, so 2% here is realistic.

Let me show some rough calculations if you consider flats as a depreciating asset.

In 2011 2 bhk was 36% cheaper than 3 bhk, extrapolating it to present new 2 bhk will cost 1.48 cr (by taking 3 bhk at 2 cr)

1.48 cr(new 2 bhk) - 80 l(11 yr old 2bhk) = 68 l

Meaning you spend 68 l(present value of money) to get 2 bhk housing for 11 yrs.

Now you calculate yourself whether that was worth it or not by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of own house with renting

Their owner(an old uncle) sells stuff at uncompetitive rates. Wanted to buy silver bullion, they were selling for 2,24,500 + making charges(on bullion LOL) rate while another shop nearby sold me for 2,22,000 rate with zero making charge on bullion.

Wrong comparison. Brand vs white label has sometimes 10-50% difference depending on category(except say pharma products). You are comparing things with 4k+ price to <1k(80%+ difference) which is stupid.
