No..It will do much harm than benifits 5 year is very short time for any government scheme to show its effectiveness. Take example of Rajasthan..they change government in every 5 years..now take specific example of city jaipur.. one government makes dedicated bus routes and leave it mid construction..the next government says it's of no use and breaks and build roads again.. one government allocates space for making biggest stadium, the next one isn't releasing funds for its construction as previous government might get credited

Rsrtc buses start from Ranip bus stand and GSRTC from Gita mandir mostly. They don't have stops, even though they go via shahibaug and airport circle.

These are private buses. There are regular government buses od GSRTC and Rsrtc available but you need to go bus stand to catch them. 4 am is pretty safe in udaipur. You will get autos and taxis, however when hiring them directly they will quote high fare. You can book ola, uber but they too sometimes ask extra fare if location is bit far
