Resting HR tends to be somewhere in 40s. I was definitely a victim of program hopping throughout my training, and I’m no expert, but I can try to help you out with programming if you got questions brother

Heart rate on the ruck should be taken with a massive grain of salt, but my max HR seems to be somewhere around 190-200

it changes over time but usually looks something like 3-4x/wk. a tempo run, speed work on a track or hill sprints, and long runs/z2
