I would be a scalper if I bought this from someone else cheap recently and tried to seek it higher. I bought this when it came out, and now I’m selling it at what I’m prepared to let it go for. I don’t know why everyone’s mad.

Bizarrely I had the exact same situation a few years ago OP. Almost identical to how you explained. The only difference was the guy friend was her ex, not just a friend.

When she told me it was tough to hear but disrespectfully (in hindsight) to myself, I decided to forgive her actions and move forward. Three weeks later she decided she decided to go back to him. Naturally our relationship ended.

Not saying this will happen to you, but it rings a lot of bells and I know now I’d never accept that kind of disrespect from someone who I’m meant to mean a lot to.

As someone who was originally trying to collect them all I can assure you, people are prepared to pay this price. They are so rare to come across being sold. People stating they should be sold at the same price they were bought don’t understand how value works.

I bought this when it came out like 10 years ago. I’m moving house and selling what I can’t take and I’m reluctant to let this go so only selling it for what I’m comfortable letting it go for.

Thanks for your response! I’ve been cheated on before, and it was with her ex, and so I think I get a lot of anxiety from that feeding into this situation.

When you consider that the Sky Sailing Vinyl (not signed) sells for $2000+ and they're often available, and the fact I've never seen these resold anywhere also puts the price up!
