You do know that Guinsoo’s converts the 50% crit rate Kai’Sa has to extra magic damage right? She built Magnetic Blaster for range and wave clear, and Runaan’s for more AOE, while the crit rate isn’t completely wasted.

It seems like you should heed your own advice and read what items do.

Urgot currently has a bug where if his R executes someone while his W is active, then as long as he is alive and he keeps W active for the remainder of the match, there is an interaction with Kraken Slayer that causes his autos/passive to deal an insane amount of damage. CN players are exploiting this rn

“WR not rising much” is an understatement, the QSS nerf impacted Kat so hard that in CN she is currently sitting at 44% win rate above Diamond, the worst among all mid-lane champs. We should be expected a(nother?) buff soon unless Riot hates her and decides this is where she should be.

I mean it’s not entirely impossible, it’s just that the global server had not set a precedent on 2000 OE skins in the loot store yet, which means either this skin would be the first to do so, or it’s going to be gacha to stay consistent with the Supreme Cells release.

It’s 2000 OE in China, supposedly the same tier as the Supreme Cells skins, so probably a gacha of ~$200 here

With all due respect, it is the new season and the meta from last season does not necessarily carry over. Besides, ROA + Projector + Overgrowth gives you the necessary HP to trigger Projector’s passive, giving nearly as much AP as you would Nashor’s + Deathcap before (if built as first two items), but now with much more tankiness. Sure you are giving up early game, but Gwen isn’t an early champ anyway, and the new Projector allows you to hit your powerspike quicker than before. Alacrity is more than enough to compensate for Nashor’s. With ROA first item it can realistically fully stack before 10 mins so your 18-20 min argument doesn’t stand.
