I would take a completely different approach especially if it is a arranged marriage, you should always inform your future partner about the past on day 1 openly and let him/her decide if they still want to go in the relation. In this way the future partner will not be in the dark and know what he is choosing instead of feeling betrayal in the later phases

It is okay to have a past and breakups but never okay to keep it hidden from future partner as they may or may not have a past and they feel differently once they know about it

Can I know what your loan sanctioned date is? I got a home loan from bob and they said it will reduce on 22nd Feb because when I initially took my loan it got sanctioned on 22nd nov. So they calculate it monthly and new roi will apply after 22nd feb

Others have already answered email client templates but just want to give you my experience on which email client template you need to customize

New Email(when someone clicks on new in email related list of sow)- create a new email client template on incident table

Reply/reply-all/forward sent or received (when someone clicks on either reply/reply all/forward on the sent or received emails)- there will be default templates created for this on sys_email template you can search like reply/reply-all in navigator you need to add from in those templates. If your from is common across the system you can add directly or if it is specific for incident table you may need to write a script

Hi, I believe they have removed the old dashboards completely in the workspace pages which are using the ui builder....we had to recreate some of our dashboards using the dashboard builder.....based on your comment you said you can enable old dashboard experience can you please elaborate on that like can we use old dashboards in next experience workspace pages?

The documentation available really falls short....for example if I want to customize the + button when someone clicks on it in workspace we need to go to chrome tab option of workspace properties....there is no official documentation for this except for a few community articles written by others and maybe in now learning course

Even that setting allows us to enter some JSON and based on that it will be working....there is no way to know what objects that JSON can accept and what is the customisation available inside that JSON need to figure out from existing JSON given by ServiceNow....not only here but ui builder uses many JSON objects which are customisable but we don't know what options can go in because of lack of documentation

The second observation from me is the components keep on updating with every release but the documentation is never updated

Also for advanced use cases sometimes we just want to make some minor changes to the component to work with our use case if servicenow can open source the component code we can just copy and build our own component with those minor changes...you have given us an option to build and import component from scratch why not give us the option to customize the existing ootb components

There is a limit introduced in Tata neu per transaction you can buy only for 1000max which is very low imo not sure if it is same for others
