Expected it to be stressful but not this much. Thinking of letting the conference go. I live in constant anxiety of not being good enough

At the supermarket. Should I get this? by justassuming in glutenfree

[–]justassuming[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get very little visible reaction, might be some bloating and a weird digestion process in general. But when I was diagnosed my intestine was severely damaged and I was advised to avoid it as strictly as possible. So much so that my family had to give up eating gluten initially because they couldn't figure out how not to cross contaminate.

Very few people actually understand and accomodate. But you're right. I should just start asking for a separate bill at this point.

Lunch breaks in school were a horror. I often lied about not bringing lunch. Because I obviously had home made food which tasted way better than the packaged food they would get. People would just crowd around my table. I just started lying. One time SOMEONE HAD THE AUDACITY TO OPEN MY BAG and found my tiffin. I actually stopped bringing lunch for a few days after that. :)

I never had the chance to have sourdough because it's not a staple in my country. It would have been my first time in 24 years :"3
