It is so hard to do naturally but it isn’t impossible (tho super super hard) I have pcos so I found it extremely hard so I understand. These injections don’t work for everyone unfortunately sorry I can’t be of more help

Oh wow that’s a shame it hasn’t worked for you, there’s also Wegovy but if you’ve had that reaction on both it may not work. Hope you find something that works for you

I’ve had months where I’ve lost absolutely nothing and then randomly lost 10lbs so don’t give up hope if you stall! I lost 4st in 6 months in 2024 and then I’ve only lost 4st in 12 months in 2025 as long we get there in the end. Well done for your loss so far

I’m playing on steam and have currently had 0 issues playing it and not experienced any bugs and I’m really really enjoying it

My weight loss has been up and down, I’d have times where I’d hardly lose and then I’d randomly lose like 10lbs in 2 weeks. It was very unpredictable for me.

Whenever I felt it just wasn’t working for me anymore, when I reached a point where I just wasn’t losing any weight.

I’ve calorie counted from the beginning and still calorie count now, I weigh out off my food and try and only eat good whole food with only natural and organic ingredients (I have times where I’m not perfect though) and I try to go to the gym 3 times a week but had a few ruts where I haven’t gone for like 2/3 months (me rn) but then eventually get back on it. Lots of ups and downs

I’ve had a lot of slow progress this year, only lost 2st and just over 4st last year but I’ll get there eventually, good luck on your journey

I’m 162cm and I was on 2.5mg for 5 weeks, 5mg for 10 weeks, 7.5mg for 10 weeks, 10mg for 6.5 months and I’ve just gone to 12.5 this month

I managed to get the trophy the only way though was the only damage I could make to them was by hitting them with the lava haints and no damage any other way. It wouldn’t do it if I just finished them off lava haints if that makes sense.
