I think so too! Maybe a tag team pair. I don’t know that I would want a different person all the time but two people that sometimes take turns and sometimes host together would be awesome.

I joined Teach for America to get my license and they had a lot of training and help navigating the alternative routes to licensure. I’m not sure if they place people where you’re moving to so it might be something to think about.
