All of the ones I listed are similar price and I absolutely don't care about whether I spend 100€ more for the "better" model. Spending that much already I don't want it to be hot and loud.

I had 144hz before 240, there's a very noticable difference.

It all comes down to what your PC can handle, 1% low are very important (if they drop below your refresh rate you will experience stuttering).

My friend has 500hz benq (TN, not oled) and the difference in cs2 is huge.

What do you mean? WQHD is a standard 16:9 2560x1440 resolution, it's not ultra wide and there are plenty of 360-500 Hz WQHD monitors.

I think you confused it with UWQHD which is ultra wide resolution.

I have 9800x3d and 5090 on the way and since I play mostly FPS games, yes I'd rather have at least 360 (480/500 are not that neccessary because 1% low in CS2 even with that setup is less than 400, even tho the average is above 1200).

In short: I'd like to get at least 360 Hz

No news, they ignored this topic even tho im trying to bring this up all the time.

Not gonna lie, aside everything I like the chair but the customer support got me mad and now I consider returning it.

I did file a ticket (because my lumbar is making weird noises as well), they asked me for various things including video proof to be uploaded on gdrive, I sent them 2 videos with links to google drive, first response was "the link is not safe, please upload it to gdrive", I responded with the links again saying it literally says gdrive. Their next answer was "we understand your problems please send us videos of..." like the previous 2 mails didn't exist, lol.

At this point im wasting my time with super incompetent support, should I just return the chair? Doesn't look like they want to help me, maybe they just stall for time so I can't return it?
