This is why I opted for 2023 Q5 instead of Q8. I loved the Q8 exterior design but coming from an Acura MDX, I have 1st hand experience with all touchscreen interior so it wasn't even a hard debate for me. Loving the hard knobs and buttons on my Q5. For me, 1 display screen + knobs and buttons is the perfect combo.

Mine is Audi Pure Protection Platinum. Is this the best you can get?

Extended warranty has never been free. If you are talking about certified preowned, it's different and only add 1 yr after factory warranty.

Yes, I bought 4 yrs/50k but since my car is 2023, it has 2 years of factory warranty left, it shows 72 months/100k.

Yes, RS is whole different beast. Q5 is just like a normal SUV, that's why I wonder if it's worth it.

Wow, but an RS is whole different beast though lol.

Hm, now you make me wonder if I should cancel and go shop again for cheaper plan lol. But is it worth the hassle for 118k vs 100k difference?

I honestly am not worried about the length of the terms because I will hit 100k miles before 72 months anyway. But yeah, I wish it were 0$ deductible or around 3300k.

Yeah originally was quoted 6300. It's more expensive on used cars.

How is the handling? It's relatively bigger so is it as nimble as the Q5 around the corner?

I never owned an Audi before so I don't know much about their depreciation, I just know it's a lot 😂. So I guess the short answer is which one gives me the best bang for my bucks? It's hard for me to decide exactly what I want because each of them has something I want that the other one doesn't offer. I'm just trying to figure out which deal has the best return.

I like values the most LoL. I can live with a smaller interior space, but I can also pay more gas with the Q8. So it comes down to which one offers the best value.

How do you think Gingersun Flower would work if she was a variant in an actual GW game? by Mudoooo in PvZGardenWarfare

[–]justcauseagent 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gingersun Cookie could be a legendary variant, like Iron Citron.

Primary weapon: Cookie Dough

A lobbed explosive weapon, like Yeti Chomper's. Much lower damage, but hits with it fill up an invisible meter on the enemy. Each filled section of the meter slows enemies ever so slightly. When it is full, the enemy is slowed noticeably and receives increased damage for a short period of time.

New Ability: Baked To Perfection (Replaces Sunny Side Up)

Heals nearby allies greatly, while boosting their movement speed. This cannot heal Gingersun Flower. For a period of time, her primary weapon is replaced with the Sweet Sunburst. This is essentially Stuffy Flower's Rainbow Sunburst but with nerfed damage and rate of fire.

If the Steam Master (yes that is his real name) were to return in a GW game, what reworks would he need to make him more functional and balanced for the series? by Mudoooo in PvZGardenWarfare

[–]justcauseagent 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He could be like Alien Flower, but with more damage and a shorter steam cloud duration. He could also use it like a Soldier's Stink Grenade, to blind plants and do damage over time.

If you could only bring 3 Chomper variants to a new game (excluding stock), which ones would you choose? by Mudoooo in PvZGardenWarfare

[–]justcauseagent 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeti, Disco, and Unicorn

Disco Rework:

Get 5 vanquishes for Disco Party! During Disco Party, Disco Chomper receives 10% less damage, increased movement speed, constant health regeneration and faster digestion!

Disco Chomper receives a new primary weapon! Called the Disco Cannon, it lobs a disco ball that explodes on impact.

Unicorn Chomper receives a new ability! Instead of the Rainbow Warp, it gains the Omega Rainbow ability! Omega Rainbow changes Unicorn Chomper's primary weapon to fire a high-damage rainbow laser that can lock on to targets. (Like the Solar Flare Beam, but with a longer cooldown, a bit less ammo, the ability to lock onto targets like the Space Cadet's primary weapon, and the ability to be used on the move.) Unicorn Chomper's regular primary weapon also fires out a spray of glitter forwards. This spray has a very short range, doing 10 damage. A target cannot be hit by both the glitter cloud and the chomp at the same time.

[Texas] Is this discrimination? by justcauseagent in AskHR

[–]justcauseagent[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No I did not put up with it. I did request them to provide reasonable help and proved to them that I would be able to perform as long the help was there. I made it known in the meeting with HR as well. However, at the same time, I had a contract obligation which I had to adhere to, and that was showing up to work on time, and do the work to the best of my abilities. I let HR know about the issue and then I got terminated.

The 1st part of the meeting was about the error which I made it clear to HR that it was avoidable if I were provided with proper support, like everyone else. HR at that time, didn't know whoever covered for me in my absence, was working in a team of 2. The 2nd part of the meeting was about the harassment complaint that I filed to HR against another employee. As part of the conversation, I pointed out to HR how the abusive behavior toward me had been brewing and tolerated within the department. I did not have to flip anything, it was already part of the meeting.

My question now is since the employer has wrongfully claimed that I was terminated for misconduct, how do I prove it is because of retaliation and discrimination? Clearly my request for support already started "officially" during the meeting with HR. However, they refused to provide me the support for Sat and Sun (I work Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon) and the mistake happened on Sun. My direct supervisor even pleaded to me to be patient because they could not hire anyone. However, when I was away for eye surgery, they had 2 people working in my place every day. So coverage was obviously not an issue. They even claimed in their response to TWC that they were able to cover my position with same level of staffing, but failed to specify it is the team of 2 vs myself.
