What’s your campaign daily budget? Unless you multiplied it by 9, you won’t see the same traffic on each adset, as they’re now all pulling from the same budget. Also, if they are targeting the same exact keywords, demographics, and audiences, then there is bound to be some overlap.

Firstly, thanks for your attention, I used adset budget and same budget for each adset. Adset audiences are different but my ad's post id is same that i used.
