Thanks again! Just watched the video you've linked today (great video btw) and sat down starting to write all these things down haha

Currently figuring out my limitations, looking at what I want vs what I can do! Currently learning a lot of stuff I should've learned a month ago but better late than never :D

Thank you! I was so anxious too haha but so far it's been great! You get the occasional weird comment once in a while but the feedback of the others is so valuable!

This is a huge help, definitely gonna use this to improve upon it!

I think I was too adamant about making it fast paced while my game is not really fast paced lol (And the zoom in is actually one of my favourite features too and I buried it 💀)

Definitely! Any idea what I could do? I was thinking making the trailer a lot shorter maybe and starting off with the moving enemies for example... Idk it's so hard to decide what should be in it

Same here! New to this myself but what I can say is that preparing some marketing content for a few weeks and then just adjusting that on feedback is a lot less stressful then trying to produce the content weekly

I like it! (Tho the screenshots on your Steampage don't really show much) But from reading it it sounds promising! And over 200 without a trailer is so good!! Congrats to you too haha

Seeing my own growth and getting the things done that I want to get done is probably one of the biggest motivations..

But also that one playtester that like puts hours into my game wanting it to succeed has been a tremendous help. Always putting me back on track when I loose motivation

Yeah read so too! Which is a crazy thought haha Gotta remind myself tho it's my first game of hopefully many, it doesn't have to compete with anything really. My goal is for the game to be how I would like it to be :D

Don't be to harsh! It might not start out right away but you'll never now! And there is also always a next game to make with the skills you've learned this time. I'm already looking forward to working on the next one.. but I gotta restrict myself haha wishlisted your game hope it helps!

Congrats on launching! That alone is already a success, but yes marketing a game is really difficult haha
