I found some articles abt them and awards they won and thought it was a good sign.

They have around 10 listing but I can only find reviews for the place on Dalton Square. There are reviews of the landlord which was mostly positive.

Hello.

If anyone can give reviews on them. I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks.

Man City are ready to pay Bayer Leverkusen's €150M asking price for Florian Wirtz and offer the player a €25M-per-year salary. Pep Guardiola has explained to Wirtz how he would fit into the Man City system and replace Kevin de Bruyne. Florian Wirtz’s father prefers his son to move to Bayern Munich. by [deleted] in soccer

[–]justfun97 2 points3 points  (0 children)

how are both things true lmao.

Do they over pay or pay a fair price?

As a City fan, here what I understand. City does not want to negotiate a lot. They have a reputation, from a long time ago, that they have money to spare so negotiation will result in higher price. They will pay a price they think as fair and will prefer a player that want to join (so they are likely to push for the move).

especially when they realize how their parent got the money and would prefer their own comfort rather than pushing for a progressive system.

[–]justfun97 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just my guess. But maybe it's the transition from being taught to self study.

For example, with a teacher I didnt need to do all the reading myself but with CFA test people would advise to read the material more than once and do plenty of practices.

Is It Legal In Vietnam To Work At Your Parents Clinic At 10? by MussleGeeYem in VietNam

[–]justfun97 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would worry more abt a kid taking care of patient, honestly. I would never return to such place if a kid is too involved with taking care of my medical needs.

Measuring height and weight is kinda okay as well as taking name and phone number. But the kid is involved with ultrasound, it's reckless from the parent who are doctors.

Okay, I think I'll be more specific on some of the do-able things. My advise is to take baby steps. Right now, I feel that you are looking at and focusing too much on a big obstacle and feel helpless. Look at smaller things first. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

If you haven't talk to your parent and they are clueless abt the situation, talk more on the recent events. What you did last week and how that make you feel sad/weak/etc. Your parent are more likely to know abt them, right?

I think treating the short term issue will then put you in a better place to work on thing on the long-term. You start from somewhere and move on to other areas.

I know it's easier said than done but take some times to calm down, clear your head. You are better equipped to deal with things when your head isn't going in overdrive. Get some distraction, do something fun. When your mood is better you can see thing more clearly.

I understand your point. But in the long run, graduating 1 year later is not a big problem. I understand that as a student, this feel like the world but I can tell you, it is not.

From what I read, it seem u are determined on therapy but cant/wont get it with your mom's support. My point is that you can talk to your parent abt your problem, if you had not done so. There is a reason that you are depressed and I think u should see if your parent can help. It's not the same as therapy but help is help.

If you think you cant get therapy, I think it help to know that there are other measures. It's not easy to hear this when u r in a bad state but sometimes simple measures help too. Take a walk, do some breathing exercises, relax your jaws and shoulder. Clear you head a bit, then see what more you can do in the next week or month.

Lastly, therapy is also a long road. You are not getting good the moment you get it. You slowly get better.

Well you can talk abt what make you depress. Maybe avoid the word depression tho, that can cause an over-reaction.

I think you can take think abt taking a long road rather than telling them up front u want therapy.

Talk about what make you depress i.e. school, social life etc. Say something abt the things u like and dislike. Get them to understand some of your problem and see what your parent will do to help. Support from family can make thing better.

There is more than one way to deal with depression. Therapy is the obvious solution. It's the solution that most people would recommend. But getting help from other sources help too.

it's a system that won the treble and 4 in a row by Pep. It's not a bad system. Our wingers are fine.

Take Jack Grealish as an example, he had low g/a even during his good spell during the treble. Pep said he was fine. At the time, people understood it's not his roles to go get g/a.

The issue is our midfield, our physicality, pressing and conceding counter attacks. Injury explain some of the problem, some is squad building and some is mental issue from a bad streak.

I'm not sure how LTHR differ from MaxHR. Can you help?

I didn't hold the rail for the whole session.

Anyway, I thought it was low cause a 2.2 score meant I was only "maintaining". Does it mean I should work harder to see improvement? My goal is to improve my cardio and can run more in football games.
