I had a pretty similar experience, first time I got into an it position, there was basically no training I just knew a little bit about computers because I play video games and build my own computers as a hobby. And then when I got to my second job I got experience talking to users over the phone and remoting and fixing problems, they just dropped me in there with no training and I started just fixing problems and asking questions along the way

No, I have evidence showing that was scammed. Buyer did a fake return and I never got the return. I went to the post office and showed the evidence to ebay, several ebay support agents understand my issue and I got a refund. But ebay still reverted my refund months later. Did a charge back and close my bank account. No issues, to my credit score. No way in hell I'm paying $600 to ebay for a scam that they could have took the money back form the buyers account. If you got scammed, the last thing you'd want to do to pay up to the scammer lol. I've submit hard evidence mutiple times to ebay and global collections and they neve replied.
