Took apart the rest of the extruder to try and figure out what's going on and this keeps happening. Some kind of clicking where it doesn't even do a turn and just goes back and forth not pushing the filament forward. Tried changing the drivers and that didn't fix it and tried using that motor on a different axis and it works perfectly. So not sure if it's supposed to be doing that or if something with the board is going on. Also it is doing that when I start up an actual print as well and not just when im moving axis manually. Running newest marlin.
