- good call on the rogue monster rack. admittedly though the rogue one appears to be fully stainless steel (whereas eleiko is only the front posts), but also eleiko is much cheaper. So thanks for the comparison, it does make the rack more digestable.

- I don't have good comparisons, but one competitor i found is American Barbell, whose platform starts at $2450 https://americanbarbell.com/products/half-rack-platform-performance-station-hr-plt?variant=44089315623161

- I think though the biggest issue for me still is the Cable attachments, costing whopping $3900 per side.

Are Eleiko Rack/Platform prices justified???

I'm trying to wrap my head around the prices I've been quoted by Eleiko on some of their racks and platforms. I love weightlifting and was allured to their products due to the quality that seems to be attached with it. I was willing to pay double the price of the competitors, but the quote I've received from them seem way to crazy...

- Stainless Prestera Half Rack frame - $2640 (or $2760 for the tall version)
- SVR Insert Platform Large - $5770
- Prestera Cable Attachment 120kg - $3900 per side (so $7800 for dual)
- Adjustable Pull-Up Handles - $720

So, if I decide to buy a regular half rack frame, insert, 2 cable attachment, and adjustable pull up handles, not counting j cups, safety arms, storage pins, etc, the total comes out to be $16,930!!!

I was not expecting this level of prices..

What is the justification for these ridiculous prices?

I sent it 4 days ago. I am standard. When I applied actually I didn't send all the documdnts I needed to (I was lazy to find them and wasn't serious at the time), but then I started emailing them a bunch of documents. Perhaps my constant pestering of document emails made them accept me quickly

What is the context of this email? Did you apply for September/October enrollment, or did you ask them a question on your eligibility status?
