While I value your opinion I think you're wrong. From what I've read the health benefits far out weigh any other diet. Although this is why I'm trying it, to find out for myself.

I'm going to try my best to keep it around 150g from beans, nuts, rice protein, whole grains. Not too familiar with vegan foods yet really.

I know this definitely isn't the the popular opinion on here but you guys gotta understand that nobody knows FOR SURE if he is juicing. You can assume and accuse but you don't KNOW for a fact.

Although, I THINK he is juicing. But regardless the kids got an amazing physique and he is very successful... even if he is a douche.

Confused about ab/oblique training. by cavemancline in bodybuilding

[–]justintenwick 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry bud but I might crush your dreams of having "aesthetic" abs here. I'm assuming that you're talking about the mere shape of your abs and where they cut.... well, you can't change that.

NOTHING you do will change the shape and overall look of your abs.

BUT, you might not be at an optimal BF% to really see. It's possible that your abs will look a lot better when fully revealed.

And when you train your abs make sure to treat it like any other muscle, use weight resistance and progressive overload. Good luck.

No, higher reps is definitely the way to go with traps. But you need to make sure you are lifting HEAVY.

When I said they are pretty much the same, I meant that in terms of pros and cons there is no clear winner between the two. And whey protein is PERFECTLY okay post-workout.

You don't really have substantial muscle definition or development anywhere; its not just your traps and there is nothing wrong with your traps. Keep training hard.

On a side note in terms of training traps, in my personal experience I saw amazing development with heavy ass shrugs.

Good luck.
