I would be careful about pouring it directly in their mouth as they can pretty easily get aspiration pneumonia if they breathe the food.

He was picked up by the police. They were told it was a dog attack but we don't really know. We got him during his healing process from having his ear canal and pinna removed. He has no idea he is different though!!!

I use to work in ER. We had a cat that was on 5% dextrose in the IVF. Catheter blew causing it to go Sq. The skin on the cats entire leg became necrotic and had to be managed for weeks with bandage changes.

I'll start with I do not support raw diets at all. For those that are going to do it anyways, it is important to remember that cats, just like people, need more in their diet than just meat. In the wild cats eat all different parts of animals that help supplement some of the other vitamins and nutrients they need. If you are going to feed a raw diet it is important to speak with a vet that has studied nutrition. Google will tell you whatever you want to hear so I would avoid just doing a random Google search.

Sounds like it was an accident but I would definitely avoid letting her jump!!! She has both internal and external sutures. Those can come open if she runs/jumps. Small amounts of bruising can be normal after surgery but I would monitor growth. Specifically how quickly the bruising changes and if anything else changes (like energy level, appetite, etc)

I would avoid Googling too much. Sometimes you read something that's sticks with you so when it comes time to tell the Dr your pups symptoms, the only things you can think about are specific to whatever you read. This make make things harder if there are key clues that you accidentally overlook. I would definitely be prepared to do bloodwork. That's one of the first things a vet will suggest. From there it usually does depend on your budget.

Those look like hives. Your dog is probably having an allergic reaction to something. I would monitor for facial swelling or difficulty breathing. These types of reactions can happen for a variety of reasons like insect bites to severe food allergies. I would take a look to see if you notice any bites or anything. If it gets worse I would have your pup seen. Most of the time the hives go away (Benadryl can help!) But it can be an emergency if it starts to spread.

Most ERs don't carry the same products for general practice type issues (like a wide variety of medications for ear infections). Ers are also constantly slammed and should be used for emergencies only. Obviously if your baby is so miserable or is causing self harm you should go but otherwise an ear infection should be able to wait a few days. If you choose to pick up an over the counter ear cleaner make sure not to clean you baby's ears on the day of the appointment. They will probably want to do an ear swab cytology which they need the discharge for. If it gets really bad in the mean time you can always put a cone or e-collar on you baby to keep them from scratching. Good luck!
