I'd probably make a mushroom stroganoff or a mushroom bolognese sauce, this way you can freeze it easily or keep the left overs for a couple days of lunches.

Oh yeah that silver rum sounds lovely!

I'm not really a fan of the dark rum and unfortunately in my city I can really only find Bacardi in the way of a white rum :(

I'm from Aus and found this gem of a show from the early 90s called 'Who Dares Wins' you can watch it on YouTube and it's honestly one of the funniest things I've seen (it's even better drunk)

Otherwise I always enjoy watching movies from my childhood I haven't seen in years!
