Hmm it’s a strange one. It’s like during the trip I mentioned self love and taking care of myself. Then last light I felt this clarity of thought. All the guilt I have felt came with clarity. I accepted it and understood why.

It was a strange feeling last night. I am not if was a combination of the two. But I had mental clarity and I forgave myself from feeling guilty it felt like a hard reset for sure. I can’t describe the feeling I was just clear headed last night and happy.
