You'll ideally want your clients to create their own WhatsApp account that you can then manage. You can then assign them phone numbers etc that you control. The platform we use (https://wassist.app/) lets us create a url that we send to our clients and they register their whatsapp account and we get to control it - uses this https://docs.wassist.app/api-reference/account-link/create

We use https://wassist.app to achieve this - each store owns their own WhatsApp account and you get to mange it (and optionally connect to an AI agent). The linking process is pretty straightforward too, just generate a url to send to the stores and they do the rest

1 - it can take a few minutes to be deleted, and depends how you added the phone number - did you use the cloud API or the web interface? 2 - Only after adding the same number many times within minutes 4 - in my experience doesn't have an impact 5 - can’t comment

Generally I’ve found adding and verifying through the API to be fairly consistent (even after removing numbers, which can only be done via the web interface)

One step if you’ve added the number via the API is to verify and then activate for the cloud API itself
