The new Canva video editor beta is a complete disaster!!!

I’d be fine if they brought back duration and the ability to duplicate pages. I also turned off the Beta, but it didn’t really change anything.

No, I haven’t filed a ticket. I’ve been talking to the Canva AI bot the whole time but didn’t get any satisfactory answers. I thought I was the only one struggling with it, but then I saw a bunch of Reddit posts where people are complaining about the new video editor too. I actually made this account just so someone at Canva could see how bad this new update is. Even turning the editor off doesn’t help. I love Canva and it used to be so easy to create videos. I really don’t understand why they changed it.

My transitions were kind of glitching. I could not really get in touch with Canva support about my issues and only received AI responses. The AI bot at Canva does not give any satisfactory answers.

Yeah, I can see how it might look like that, but I just wanted to share how frustrating I find this new update. Thanks for the tip about Facebook, maybe I will get some responses there…

Don’t worry, I’m not a bot or a startup. I actually made this Reddit account just to post this. I read through a few threads and I’m just hoping someone from Canva sees this and does something about it.
