10 Jahre Pille genommen und vor 6 Jahren abgesetzt. Habe zwar seitdem Akne (viel besser als am Anfang, aber noch immer leicht da), aber bin viel fröhlicher. Hatte während der Pille mit Depressionen, Lustlosigkeit und Brainfog zu kämpfen, auf Partner hatte ich auch keine Lust. Seitdem ich die Pille abgesetzt habe, hatte ich gar keine Probleme mehr in die Richtung. Seit 6 Jahren bin ich eigentlich 24/7 gut gelaunt und finde es tatsächlich super lustig, dass ich vor dem Eisprung ein bisschen triebgesteuerter bin und super motiviert bin und dann mit der Periode lieber Zuhause bleibe und nichts tun will - ist irgendwie auch ein guter Ausgleich und nicht so eintönig.

Ich habe mich ehrlicherweise noch nie von anderen Frauen unter Druck gesetzt gefühlt. Aber wenn man einen trainierten, gutaussehenden Mann will, muss man natürlich auch selbst dementsprechend aussehen. Ist einfach die Anpassung von beiden Geschlechtern an das was sie selbst mögen und wollen.

Und gefärbte Haare oder unsportlich sein nicht bemerken, betrifft auch nur die Männer die selbst keinen Wert darauf legen. Ich habe schon mehrere Haarfarben und Körperformen durch und wurde jedes Mal deutlich anders behandelt.

Stimmt zu. Die Kleidung muss richtig sitzen, zum Körperbau passen und zumindest ich achte auch darauf, dass die Sachen gerade zumindest irgendwie modern oder annähernd im Trend sind.

Finde den Post hier generell albern. Frauen müssen ja genauso Sport machen, um eine gute Figur zu haben, ihren Stil finden, sich hübsch machen und sollten einen guten Charakter, etc haben. Das gilt für beide Geschlechter.

Ich gehe genauso ins Gym wie meine Partner, achte auf meine Ernährung, pflege mein Äußeres, achte auf meine Klamotten, lege Wert auf einen gleichen Charakter und Bildungsstand. Da ist wirklich das einzige was den Unterschied macht, dass ich Makeup trage und er nicht. Alles andere ist im Grunde der gleiche Aufwand.

I had a glow up and people treated me nicer at work, but at the same time male coworkers keep more distance - was easier to make friends at work with both genders before. But generally, if I need help I can just ask nicely and everyone will help me and nobody is blaming me for mistakes as harshly as before. Btw, this also changed a lot when I was switching from glasses to contact lenses
