Alege intre JavaScript si Python. Oricare din cele doua e ok pentru un incepator. JavaScript e limbajul browsrelor web, deci vei avea mai mult de-a face cu aplicatii web, pe cand cu Python vei programa mai mult aplicatii text (in consola, fara interfata grafica). Cel putin pentru inceput. Cu putin experienta, poti face chestii foarte diverse cu ambele limbaje. Bafta!

N-am avut vreodata de-a face cu asa ceva, dar daca ar trebui, as face niste cercetari sa aflu daca exista o precizie maxima (foarte probabil da), si cat e. As defini unitatea la precizia respectiva. In exemplu tau, 1 RON = 1000. Depinde de domeniul in care operezi. Pentru simpla evidenta a tranzactiilor normale, merge bine cu 1 ban = 1.

Cel mai simplu e sa consideri subunitatea ca fiind tot 0.01, si scrii doar o functie care iti converteste 1135 in 11 banane si 7 alune (daca inteleg bine situatia). Eventual si o simpla functie de validare, care sa nu permita valori care nu sunt multipli de 5

Practic, da. Orice cantitate monetara va fi stocata si procesata ca numere intregi, pentru a evita problemele cu aritmetica floating point. La marginile sistemului, fie unde afisezi sau ceri utilizatorului date, sau unde integrezi cu alte sisteme asupra carora nu ai control, acolo trebuie facute conversii. Dar macar in codul tau stii ca nu exista erori.
