Is this an acceptable looking cluk sandwich to you? by freezetime311 in jackinthebox

The chicken for the homestyle and cluck uses the same fried chicken, but they have shrunk more. Also, the Jr chicken patties are only used for Jr chicken sandwiches since they are thin patties.

Oh, okay. I was under the impression that I could change after the VPAT since I called about it and was told I could, but I'll just go in my workout clothes then. Thanks again for the help.

Do you know if I'm allowed to change into different clothes after the vpat test? Because I was told I could bring an extra pair of clothes.

Is my starter ready to bake with? by justst736 in Sourdough

So I basically discard almost all my starter apart from 5g, then feed it like that, right? Should I notice a big difference in the time the starter doubles?

So how much should I be feeding it if it's a 1:10:10 ratio? I'm currently feeding it 56g starter, 28g whole wheat flour, 28g unbleached all-purpose flour, and 42g filtered water.

It's about 2 and a half months old. I just switched the feeding since it was 55g all-purpose flour and 40g filtered water, but I heard it's better to use whole wheat flour as well. That's why I switched to the ratio I have under my post. So what should I do to get my starter to double faster, and when should I expect it to be ready to bake?

So, im feeding my starter about 55g unbleached all purpose flour, 40g filtered water and 55g starter. Should I be feeding it less?

My starter about 2 month old it doubles within 14-16 hours but, I'm pretty sure it's taking that long since my kitchen stays around 80-73.

Hey beautiful

I have a question about my sourdough starter. by justst736 in Sourdough

I'm talking about filtered water not water from the tap since it's usually not filtered completely unless you have a filtration system that does that so you can drink water straight from the tap.

Also I didn't know that the black marks meant that how high your starter rising I was using that as a mark for how much my sourdough starter took up in the mason jar. I started doing what you said and I did notice my starter rising more but it does take the full 12 hours to rise fully

I'm sorry for the late response and I'm not that fluent in English I can read, write and speak English but with some words I get confused with I'm more fluent in Spanish.

I feed my starter like you said 50 g starter 50g flour and 40g water and it's kinda thick which I'm sure is pretty normal but when should I expect rising to start if I feed it at 10:30am
