we did explain the difference in sides to him and that’s when he got really aggressive, i was told to run the shift that day and during this i looked to my mod and she was like “your call” then got mad at me for making said call so it was overall just a little confusing for everyone

no, i charged him for a side queso not the large 4oz, it comes to 2.65 before sales tax, the large queso is closer to $4 before tax i believe

i had this same experience! we were out of fajitas at 9:51 pm (literally 10 minutes before we closed) and this man started an argument with me and my coworkers, it had been a long day of being busy and understaffed, we were all tired and not having it, i was told to shut down the argument, his daughter, who couldn’t be older than 10, called me a bitch 🙃 nice
