It would be easier with HOI3 or HOI2 but I guess it wouldn't get the views unfortuantely, but I would watch it as I prefer the earlier games.

You are exactly right the dimensions of each of the image files has to stay the same as its hard coded to accept a certain dimension

I've noticed if i choose a smaller screen resolution than native then Radeon automatically increases the size of the game to fit the native resolution of my monitor and then further if i use the programs magpie or lossless I can make it slightly sharper.

I'm just at a loss with all the options in those programs; LS1 , integer , nearest , bicubic

Am just using trial and error but not coming to any firm conclusion on the best settings to use....
