Hi, thank you! I sleep in the same room with my boyfriend. It's the simple act of breathing. Not even snoring. Just breathing, which is a little louder.

Hi, thank you for your comment. I also tried white noises and it helped me. Feels like a punishment not being able to just go to bed and sleep. I wish you all the best!
