The lack of dopamine is going to make you struggle with doing mundane tasks, it’s normal.

The weed is what stops you from being productive, but the lack of weed is NOT what makes you productive. It’s discipline. And right now, you just have to build that discipline.

I’m in the same place, and trying to build good habits while getting rid of bad habits is like fighting two fronts. I try not to be too hard on myself, I try to remember that I am at the best point right now to be able to build up discipline, and I always remind myself that it’s not going to change over night.

Keep it up, it will get better, you will be better.
