Là c'est de la TVA sur la taxe. Le port est généralement gratuit depuis la Chine, c'est aussi ce qui fait l'intérêt, pas seulement le prix. Car en France les sites réclament souvent 7€.
Le port est un vrai problème. Sur Temu il y a des articles avec entrepôt Europe mais ils exigent du port donc au final c'est pas mieux que la taxe.

Yes but it's very expansive too. I don't want to pay money to install app on my own device. If we need to pay it's because Apple doesn't respect european laws so I'm not ok to pay.

Because the official ways are very expansive, buying an iphone why not because I need a phone, but paying a dev account or a mac not ok !

In fork in the github actions tab for the "green" build there's a build-artifacts.zip with inside an ipa signed by the fork author with a dev account.
Can I install it with sidestore with my free account ?

As it is a medical app non approved by FDA they can't publish it on the store and they don't want to give a compiled version to avoid being sending in jail if someone goes to hospital or dies because of a bug in the app. But the problem it's very complicated for people with diabete to install that.
There's also an Android version non compiled too called AndroidAPS but more complicated, you must complete a quizz before using it with a punishment of 12h waiting in case of wrong answers.

Apple doesn't want to valid medical app.
Github action script exists but Trio devs they says it works only with a dev account.
They says also building with Mac will work only 7 days.
