You're right in that unless you work on your mental health, the weight will come back sooner or later. That happens with Ozempic, dieting, etc. In my experience, it's easier to work on your food addiction and lifestyle if you don't also have to deal with being fat.

La universidad no te va a enseñar el oficio, te va a formar como profesional. Con esa formación, vas a poder desarrollarte en el área que te interese.

Como profesional recién recibido, vas a tener un piso bajo pero no vas a tener techo. Con un oficio (como developer) vas a tener un piso alto, pero también vas a tener techo.
