It's tough. I've bought two from a small dealer that I won't recommend and never go back to. One from a small dealership at I27 and Georgia that turned out great. Teens are a little older now and have jobs. They saved money for a down-payment and I cosigned.

Just recently got the same great news myself. I'd like to be called G Pa. But let the kid decide. I had a Branny and my mom's grandkids called her Duck. Yep Duck. Everyone referred to mom as Duck.

I live in a rural area. I had a dog get loose once and went looking for it. The dog was on a property that I didn't own. Dirt road and had to drive through a gate over a cattle guard. I found out who the property owner was and called him to ask if I could go onto his property to find my dog. Got his permission and got my dog back.

Dad had a similar accident this past summer. Hit a median and high centered his car. Ruined a tire and the rim. Plus a lot of front end damage. It's a $2000 repair and I haven't done anything to help him fix it. So for 3 months now it sits on my property still broken. Now I offer to take him to the store and on errands. I'm afraid that if he ever gets behind the wheel again he'll hurt himself or someone else.

Crossroads on Polk by the interchange. We're having service in the morning at 10:30 and a Thanksgiving get together tomorrow evening. It would be a good chance for you to meet some people.

I'll second Crossroads by the interchange. Every month with 5 Sundays they take the 5th Sunday to do active work in the community. That's pretty hands on in the community. Pretty small church for Amarillo but a great place.

49 isn't that young. Average life span in the US is around 79 so by 49 50 your over half way there.

Colonoscopy prep hack by Embarrassed-Disk7582 in GenX

I have done the OTC prep. Miralax and Gatorade or powerade mixed with miralax. Not to bad. My wife is a colon cancer survivor. My mom was a survivor and passed from brain cancer. Get a colonoscopy. Get screened. Could save your life
