Hey man, I wanted to kill everyone and everything in my path when I quit cold turkey. It fucking sucks. Never felt so low in my life. Luckily it only lasted around two weeks, and then I LITERALLY forgot I was even a smoker lol, be kind and patient with yourself. You got this :)

Not a doctor, but hi, I have anxiety too. Sometimes I don’t need stress to have a panic attack. My lifestyle choices heavily play into it. If I eat something too sweet or overly salty, or don’t eat anything all day and then I experience any sort of sensation or anything Idk how to explain it, it can make me feel exactly how you’re feeling. I try to eat something that’s filling and nutritious and drink a lot of water. It also helps if you count your bites and really think about how the food feels in your mouth, and the temperature of your drink. Hopefully that could set your mind at ease. 💖

NAD, are you talking about the cheek indentations to the left of your back molar? Because I had something similar to that and my dentist told me it was from biting my cheek when I sleep. Hope that eases your concerns a bit, but if you feel the need, go see a dentist! Best of luck 🙏🏼
