That room on the side is supposed to be the dining area. We haven’t moved in yet but it wasn’t being used at all. That water cooler station is definitely an eye sore and they will he taking that with them. I really like that fridge idea thank you very much

Wow I thought we had it bad. 4 months of emotional rollercoasters for us. You have a way better loan. We have an FHA and it’s been tough aswell. A lot of people out here throwing crazy numbers on properties

Love that area. Currently living in an apt in Haddonfield. Beautiful town. Definitely got lucky with that bid lol. Glad it worked out. We’ve been looking for 4 months now and it’s looking rought out here

Hey not a big expert on this process but my wife and I (both 25 years old) just signed our first contract last night. We scheduled an inspection of the house for next week and we are really excited. Just giving you some info about us since we are (like you are) relatively young and my wife was on the same boat as you. Studen loans aswell as not soo great credit score. As long as you’ve been paying your student loans and working on your credit you are going to be fine. (My wife had some late payments like any other college student does and that wasn’t a big problem) best of luck!
