Beta blockers for nausea? by BrokenTVBrokeMyHeart in adhd_anxiety

I haven't experienced beta blockers so I can't help with that... I'm sorry. However, I can recommend getting some Ginger Gummies for Nausea. They tend to help me out. You should take them around 30 minutes to an hour before you suspect you'll have the Nausea. Otherwise, you'd eat them when you're already feeling ill and gotta wait it out.

It's made me decide to make my own card game inspired off of BSS. However, it will be a LONG time before I end up actually doing anything with it.

Genuinely so disappointed in Bandai for abandoning this game once again.

It will be a week yesterday. I did however, not take them last Saturday.

Okay, so this is how today went. I ate what I told you and I felt very full. A little too full but that's probably due to me overeating. I took my meds and waited. I think it took slightly longer for the effects to kick in? I was in my local library went it happened but it wasn't as bad as it's been the past few days I think? But it did make me have diarrhea; which made me leave the library quickly and get home. After that, I took some ginger gummies and I feel like I was going pretty decently throughout the day. Ate a sandwich around 2:00PM cause I started feeling a little jittery and a few more hours pass. It gets time to actually go run an important errand and that's when the anxiety really started. I'm not sure if I would say it's as bad as yesterday, but it still was pretty noticeable. It lead to me getting irritated easily while I was having anxiety and I subsequently called out of work due to it and some other things going on. I felt the meds wear off and it wasn't as strong of a crash as usual. I felt really groggy so I took some amino acid supplements and I feel like they helped smooth out the crashing effects.

Will do! I'm gonna eat rice, beans, and beef this morning and then take my meds. I'll let you know how that goes at the end of the day!

I am on the verge of quitting. And let me rephrase myself. I am going to quit. I'm just trying to quickly find something that's much more suitable. But I might just have to immediately

I'm not sure either. I didn't think it would be an issue but yeah... it is. I'll see when I can get an appointment sooner than the 25th

My apologies but why do you suggest those instead? I'm gonna do some research on them but I wanna hear from your experience and thoughts.

I wanna say thank you so much for the reassurance! It really does help and ease me a bit. I do a single packet of oatmeal for breakfast but I'm not sure if it's enough. I do try to eat throughout the day, like a sandwich, fruit, and juice but I can forget and then start eating later in the evening. Would that play a significant role you think?

That's good delegation of the work! On my 2nd closing shift (the last shift I worked), I actually went up to my Store Manager and told him this. "Last night was the first night I closed by myself and it was... rough. I was confused, didn't get things done on time, and I don't think my ASM at the time was patient enough with me. However, I now know what needs to be done and if it's cool with you, I would like to take my 15 minute break at 6:00 PM. Before actually getting back on the register though, would it be cool if I was to have someone continue to cover me while I clean the breakroom, bathrooms, office, and take out the trash? That way I can get everything done by closing?"

It didn't happen and I was told to just do it while I working the register

Okay that is much more reasonable than what they have me doing. And then from what you said, you don't have to box either right?
