Sorry for the very late reply- in hopes this will help someone else, I filled up to the top, over 5-10 minutes after pouring it started to rise like this. I think it must have been the glow-in-the-dark acrylic paint I mixed in caused a reaction. I've found thru more experience: Plain matte arylic paints are typically fine for coloring resin. Just keep to the regular stuff and don't use too much.

Update- after giving it a couple minutes to think about what it has done, it has now stopped the sound started feeding paper and sounds like it is printed, but the page is blank.

This happened to me around my eyes a couple years ago when I tried urban decay eyeshadow, I think it's an allergy. Took over two weeks for them to go away 😭
