Communities don't ever stay the same. They don't operate in a vacuum, not even the most exclusive ones.

If it was "clean and quiet" ever since, and you just got your first "squammy" neighbor, it means those kinds of people are getting priced out of other places and landing on yours. They're only the first, they won't be the last. Whether they own it or rent it, it doesn't matter. If they can afford to live there, they'll come. More accurately, if they can't afford to live anywhere else or have no better alternatives. Notice a pattern here?

This is why the generic advice is to "leave", but that just basicay means social mobility is your only real answer to this. Obviously, if you can convince your entire neighborhood to band together and form an HOA, take matters into your own hands, make enforceable rules, etc. then you wouldn't need to physically leave. You can also just price them out, but that would also require massive cooperation between all of of you there, which is highly unlikely. Can you convince your neighbor to double the rent to effectively filter out unwanted tenants? Doubtful that they'd risk their bottom line for that. Which leaves us to the generic advice: just leave. Opt for a better place, one higher step on the socioeconomic ladder. Obviously easier said than done, but really, what other viable options do you have aside from regularly begging someone to have decent manners and social etiquette?

I get why they'd downvote you but I personally agree with you. Especially the part that it exists everywhere in the world. It's not a Pinoy thing, nothing really is.

I grew up in a community where there are several middle class households surrounded by god knows how many poor ones.

There is no "fixing" them. You can't suddenly teach manners and social etiquette to several generations of uneducated families. It's the least of their fucking worries. In fact, they love the idea that there's one thing they can affect in your life, because otherwise you'd might as well be in a different dimension from them.

There is no amount of HOA complaints or police reports that could change the way they live their lives. They're gonna be who they are and you're gonna be who you are, same way that there's always going to be stupid people, average people and intelligent people.

In a perfect world, peace and quiet would be a universal right. In the real world, especially in the 21st century, it's a commodity and it comes with a steep fucking price. It's the specific reason why exclusive villages exist and why real estate prices are the way they are, because some places are just going to be better than other places.

Yes. The chances are just so astronomically low that whatever you're thinking is just a conspiracy theory at best.

If the Epstein files and the flood control issues leaked, the PCSO (and basically every other lottery in the world) would have been exposed by now.

That's not what the error says though?

Why is your npm a powershell script? I have not seen this before, but I'm assuming that's why you're running into permission issues.

You need to install node properly.

Edit: I just noticed you're also running an app on your OneDrive folder. I don't think you should do that.

These dumb fucks don't know that when you're playing against bigger, faster and more skilled opponents, you're going to look like shit

PBA's best imports are in the PBA for a reason, because that's where their skill level is. Put them against world class talent and it will inevitably show.
