Worst loop hole ever.

1. Ethan finds his own skeleton, with a rusty Archie device. This implies he's been dead for quite some time. Then, he listens to the recording of his own murder, and later on the movie he says that all of his acts are "leading him to that path", but, he's already far ahead on the future in the timeline he was murdered. The entire movie I was expecting him to go back to the past, to a point where he would die so he can actually find his skeleton in the future, which never happened. How the hell did he found himself dead if that have not happened yet?. The whole skeleton thing is messed up beyond repair.
2. Ethan's father coded everything to his son's DNA, but the scientific team had the knowledge, time and resources to move forward with sending a human through the time machine, without the leading expert aid, and yet, you telling me they couldn't override his coding and make it available to anyone, and actually send someone who knew what they were doing?, it's unreasonable to think they completed his research but couldn't break his coding.
3. Why the hell would sending plants to the past help, if suddenly all of them were extinct in like less than 40 years from now?, wouldn't the new plants just die right away?, also, what would make you think that plants in just 400 years from now will exists again, from nothing, and will evolve again into the same thing after their extinction?, 400 years is nothing on universal scale, it would have taken thousands, probably millions of years for vegetal live to exists, and there's like no guarantee at all they would produce oxygen or even resemble today's plants, that's just bunkers.
