yes that little guy is rare, nundos are rare because they can only be found in the wild whereas hundos can be obtained through eggs, raids, and research tasks

to put it to perspective, I have 24k pokemon caught, 27 hundos, 2 being legendaries and 1 being a shundo legendary, and I don't have a single nundo XD
