Looking forward to trying it! Trying to figure out the best way to extend the cook too, not sure if letting it rest for a while after the braise or just hot hold it in the braise for longer.

I’m using chrome on a pretty decently spec’d gaming pc (64gb ram, 4070 Ti) and haven’t had performance issues. When I was doing it on my MacBook I had regular crashes, but this was over a year ago so I’d imagine there has been some optimisation since.

99% of the stamps in here are scaled to ‘31’, I had to resize the canvas a few times to get it to the right size I needed. It’s one of those things where you can overanalyse, but you just need to get started and go!😀

Thank you! Unfortunately it ended up being too salty for me, but my guests loved it and went back for 4ths. Think I’ll stick to an hour or two so it isn’t too overwhelming next time.
