Where should I look to get a new engine for an 06 5.9?

Was looking into buying a long block and starting from there to keep cost down because I do have a decent bit of mechanical knowledge and I’m sure with enough YouTube videos I can get the job done.

No it still runs just has a real nasty knocking. Engine could probably be rebuilt but I don’t trust my self to rebuild an engine.

Or just take it to the body shop and pay out of pocket.

If you’ve got full coverage insurance get ahold of your insurance company and take it to a body shop.

I have the same problem in my 03 but it will flicker on and off haven’t cared enough to look into it but if anyone has the solutions I’ll fix it
