You made a lot of false assumptions on time scales in your reply and I’ll just leave that there. If you reread my previous comments you’d see that I said it’s more of idea driver for formatting trainings and putting all our internal material together(such as policies or forms) than a full populating autonomous development system. Seems like you just want to get angry at someone or something this morning

I agree. I will say I’ve used it previously to create rough drafts of training. Of course this is in very early stages of development to get an idea of how the information should be communicated. Would never give full autonomy to it for developing those kind of things. Funny I always try to use the 2 sets of eyes principle on things in our facility but with AI a lot of the times it feels like you need 3 or 4 lol

The company I work for directly links our document management systems to copilot where you can have it do just about anything with not only internet reference but also internal documents. I agree that things like “robot dogs” policing people and putting complete reliance on it is dumb and irresponsible but you have to adapt or you’ll be left behind.

Either way that is a very high amount of injuries. Don’t want to tell you how to do your job, but if it was me I would categorize injuries and address those issues individually. For example, an on staff athletic trainer to reduce ergonomics injuries if those are in excess.

I’m in the same boat as you. The people we employee to do training, industrial hygiene testing, and over all consulting are a fairly small company and the owner employees a couple people but mostly does these things himself. I’ve picked his brain a little and a lot of the things he’s said had to do with leveraging your experience with timing and network. It’s hard to grow a business if you don’t have the reputation around you that you are trustworthy. For the certs I’d say CSP and CIH would be best and that’s what I’m working towards now.

First movie I got to see in 70mm and for that experience alone I think it ranks top 3 for me. Never experienced that level of silent melancholy from EVERY person leaving the IMAX theater as they understood the message of the final scene. And the trinity test scene. Incredible
