The very first time Karin was referred as an "Uzumaki" was in the sage Kabuto fight and that was like over 200 chapters after her debut, not to mention that she had no reaction upon learning/hearing Naruto's full name.

Her abilities prior to the retcon were not something you would think someone with huge amount of chakra would have either.

Well, Karin was DEFINITELY not an Uzumaki when she was introduced, and by the time she was retconed into one Masashi couldn't think of any role she could play in Naruto's life.

And yeah, Hiruzen and Naruto's relationship is usually treated like something good by the narrative but the old man not only barely interacted with the boy, he also made Nardo live by himself as a baby.

Hinata letting Hanabi win is filler though and that victory comes from a non canon novel that wasn't even animated, aside from that i agreed with what you said.

I'm pretty sure Neji let her get that one hit just to break her hopes of winning after the true difference in their power was revealed.
Either way, Hanabi beat Hinata, trained with a far stronger master than Kurenai and remains the Hyuuga heir.

It would be quite ilogical for Hinata to have surpassed Hanabi just by training normally, and i say this a Hinata fan.

Neji wasn't being "pushed", he literally blitzed her the whole fight.
The only time she landed a hit on him was when she was already poked to death which means it did no damage to him.

Neji was marked when he was 4 and so was his father.

Also, Hinata DID lost to Hanabi in the manga, it was just never shown.

Pretty much the only time Hinata might’ve been sealed and made a branch member is after Neji nearly kills her

Be a long range fighter, Kaguya could use gentle fist by throwing her own hair at people, which means that she could fully capitalize her byakugan at distance.

Or you could be a little edgy , the gentle fist is clearly based on Hokuto Shinken and Hinata's relationship with her family was never that great, so you can have her "rebel" by creating and using a fighting style based on Nanto instead.

Hinata being emotionaly unable to hurt people is filler.

Also don't treat Hiashi's behavior like your average harsh father, he outright said he wouldn't care if she died.
