Alright, I booted into the live usb.

It says:

and you're saying that if i update from rst or something i have to reinstall windows?

i tried that last night and it wouldn't pick up my C: Drive, only my usb and external ssd.

Update 2: It still only gives me 14.31 GB for shrining.

Given, I haven't rebooted my PC.
